About The Course

Per the Real Estate Commission you must take and complete the Broker A and Broker B course, pass the class exam and pass the state exam with a 70 or higher. Each Broker A and Broker B course consists of a 30 hour, structured class. Broker B is designed to remind you of the Real Estate License Law and how it will affect your business. The State exam is based on the Broker B course only. Although there are two Broker courses, agents are required to complete and pass both before being able to take the state exam.

*You can take both Broker A and B in-person or live via Zoom by clicking here*
